My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not spacious, had undergone a thorough cleaning process, making them the only decent thing in the whole place. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was quite unpleasant, suggesting a need for better management or even closure. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it felt like they were constantly watching over us. The location was convenient for my needs in West Branch, with reasonably priced dining options nearby.
